The Building Efficiency Technology Access Centre (BETAC) was developed to support the building industry in addressing the challenges of designing, constructing and operating durable, energy-efficient buildings in regions with an extreme climate. BETAC’s mission is to provide a multi-disciplinary environment to facilitate advancements in building energy efficiency and durability, while addressing the building’s intended use, its occupants,
life service and climate zone location.
